MoNaSa Host Terms and Conditions
These Terms and Conditions explain the rules, policies and responsibilities that apply when you use MoNaSa Host services, including web hosting, domain registration and related services. By purchasing or using our services, you agree to comply with these terms.
Domain Registration Terms
1. Domain Registration and Refunds
Once a domain has been successfully registered, the registration fee is non-refundable.
2. Customer Information
Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete information when registering a domain.
3. Domain Verification
Customers are responsible for completing any required domain verification or confirmation process.
4. Domain Renewal
Customers are responsible for renewing their domain before the expiration date. Additional fees may apply after expiration, depending on the domain registry’s policies.
5. Domain Suspension
A domain may be suspended if it is involved in abuse, copyright infringement, fraud, illegal activity or a valid third-party complaint.
6. Domain Transfer
Domain registration and transfer fees are generally non-refundable once the applicable process has been initiated or completed.
Shared Hosting Terms
Customers are responsible for managing their hosting account, website files, databases and applications. Any modification or deletion of files or databases should be performed carefully and with appropriate knowledge.
Acceptable Use Policy
MoNaSa Host services must not be used for illegal activities, malicious content, fraud, copyright infringement, abuse, spam, malware distribution or other activities that violate applicable laws or our service policies. Accounts that violate these requirements may be suspended or terminated.
Account and Customer Responsibilities
Customers are responsible for maintaining accurate account information, protecting their account credentials and ensuring that their websites and applications comply with applicable laws and our Acceptable Use Policy.
Third-Party Platform Restrictions
MoNaSa Host is not responsible for restrictions, blocking, de-indexing or other actions taken by third-party platforms such as Google, Facebook or other online services against a customer’s website or domain.
Billing and Payment Terms
Hosting and other recurring services must be paid before or on the applicable due date. Accounts with overdue invoices may be suspended or terminated according to our billing policy.
Overdue Accounts
1–2 days overdue: No immediate action may be taken.
3 days overdue: The account may be suspended.
7 days overdue: The account may be terminated, and associated data may become unavailable.
Refund and Cancellation Policy
MoNaSa Host provides a 30-day money-back guarantee for eligible hosting services. Customers may request a refund within 30 days of the initial purchase, subject to the applicable refund conditions. Domain registration fees, domain transfer fees and other non-refundable services are excluded.
Website Migration
MoNaSa Host may provide free migration for eligible cPanel-to-cPanel transfers. Migration involving manual transfer, non-cPanel environments, root-level access or large numbers of accounts may incur additional charges depending on the complexity and amount of data.
Service Cancellation
Customers may request cancellation of eligible services through the designated cancellation process. Cancellation requests must be submitted before the next billing cycle to avoid additional recurring charges.
Upon cancellation, website files, databases, emails and other account data may be removed according to our account termination policy. Customers are responsible for maintaining their own backups before requesting cancellation.
Service Suspension and Termination
MoNaSa Host reserves the right to suspend or terminate services when an account violates these Terms and Conditions, applicable laws, acceptable use requirements or payment obligations. Where appropriate, customers may be notified before suspension or termination.
Changes to These Terms
MoNaSa Host may update these Terms and Conditions from time to time to reflect changes to our services, policies or applicable requirements. Updated terms will be published on this page, and continued use of our services after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
